The MOLINAIA was once the miller’s house: located opposite the ancient water mill (1424) and restored in 2019, it is now part of a complex of residences enjoying a unique position. Surrounded by green meadows, crowned by trees, a watercourse and the canals that turn the wheel, it could almost be described as a small island. The view of the castle and the mountains is beautiful.
SWIMMING POOL – the water is a beautiful deep blue here too, and the pool, set in the greenery, serves exclusively the two apartments Mulino and Molinaia, for a maximum of 8-10 people.

Kitchen – on the ground floor, a kitchen-living room with a large fireplace and a shaded pergola for dining outdoors.
Green Room – on the upper floor, the double bedroom with a sitting-room bathroom and a separate shower room and WC. It overlooks the swimming pool and the balcony facing the mill.
White Lounge – a small TV lounge, in light and restful tones, with a sofa, armchairs and a comfortable single sofa bed, overlooking a flowery balcony and the ancient mill.
