The castle and the Palazzo with cherry trees in bloom

Castello di Bagnolo is a military fortress dating from the 11th century, surrounded by a rural landscape of meadows, vineyards and ancient woods. You can stay in the old, carefully restored farmhouses. The estate, which has belonged to the same family for 800 years, includes a historic park with interesting botanical collections, two chapels and three water mills.
